I never imagined writing a letter like this
in the challenging economy we are experiencing. Bill
and I wanted to thank you so very much for your professionalism and
expertise in marketing and selling our home in such a quick and positive
manner. Truly, selling our home so easily at a time that home sales took
a significant downward turn, and yielding us a great price
